I started in-home personal training in 2015 because I saw how many people wanted to improve their health—but felt overwhelmed by gyms, time constraints, or not knowing where to start. I wanted to remove those barriers by bringing personalized, results-driven fitness directly to people where they feel most comfortable: their home. My goal was (and still is) to make training more accessible, supportive, and sustainable—so that real progress becomes possible for anyone, regardless of their schedule or fitness background.
